Bespoke Care Training

We have a dedicated training programme designed especially for New to Care participants. 3 weeks of classroom-based learning that’s mapped to the Care Certificate, ongoing mentorship and shadow shifts will prepare you as you take on your new role.

Meet the Team

Job Stability

Once you complete your training, you’ll be provided with a permanent, full-time contract with Superior Healthcare. This means you’ll have the reassurance of guaranteed hours every week, and you can choose to work them over days or nights.

Variety of Local Work

Whether you join our complex care or agency division, you’ll have a number of local placements to choose from across Kent. Work one-to-one with clients and their families at home, or in schools, care homes, supported living services or hospitals.
