A care package tailored to your needs
We understand this is a worrying time and Superior Healthcare are well equipped with the resources and highly trained staff to provide exceptional levels of live-in care during this crisis.
We offer live-in care packages to the elderly, the vulnerable and people with continuing healthcare needs, in a way that allows them to lead their own life.
We assess the individual needs of your loved ones and tailor each package accordingly to meet their specific requirements. That can mean anything from carers helping with the housework, ensuring that they eat well and keeping them company, to full 24/7 round the clock complex healthcare, managed by our team of lead nurses.
We offer a holistic approach to our live-in care:
This is care with dignity, where we assess the needs of your loved ones on an individual basis to produce a care plan that not only meets their requirements but helps achieve their goals. We look to empower our them to live independently and comfortably at home and for them to live life to the full.
It’s more than helping them with daily activities and managing their day. Your loved one’s mental health and wellbeing are just as important and live-in care gives them a companion who can give the support and personal comfort they need, whilst helping to keep them connected to you and your family.
Superior Healthcare’s background and expertise has been in developing and delivering continuing healthcare care packages for people with complex health needs, to live safely at home. From brain injuries to motor neurone disease and stroke we are equipped to handle very complex health conditions and tailor each package to meet our client’s specific requirements. This means you can rely on us to deliver the care and support they need, however complex, during COVID-19. We are with you for life.
Our promise to you
When you choose Superior Healthcare to provide live-in care for your parents or loved one, we will work with you and them to create a care package that is centred around their individual needs and circumstances:
- We will allocate a Care Manager and also a Lead Nurse, who together will oversee their care package.
- Before providing their care package, we will agree the plan for the support that we will provide including defining both your’s and your loved one’s goals and outcomes for the service – which we will use to review and measure the performance of our service.
- As well as introducing experienced support workers and/or nurses from our established team, we will recruit and train people to care for your loved one’s individual needs.
