Care Assistant

We are urgently seeking care assistants, healthcare assistants, and support workers to cover regular day shifts to support a client in Deal.

Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people including children, young people and adults who have long term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own home.

Be part of a dedicated team catering to a client who loves pampering sessions and sensory experiences. Ideally you will join this client in having a passion for nails and makeup. Their favourite TV program is Vampire Diaries however they also love films of any genre.

As a Community Healthcare Assistant, will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients and will benefit from a fixed rota as well as the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for carers, support workers and healthcare assistants who are keen to work full time hours however part time roles are offered.

• Night Shifts 
• Shifts of 8-12 hours.
• Fixed rota with option of overtime.

Superior Healthcare will provide full, classroom-based training when you join us as well as paid/supported induction shifts, and ongoing supervision provided by our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.

If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.

We support carers and support workers who want to grow their skills and progress within the company.

Requirements

• Previous care experience involving personal care.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• A minimum commitment of 2x shifts a week.
