Position: Senior Healthcare Assistant in Complex Care

Location: West Kent Hub (Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Paddock Wood, Snodland, Walderslade)

Shift Pattern:

• Permanent Contract with a minimum of 35 hours per week
• Rolling Rota (i.e. 3 on/3 off or 4 on/ 4 off etc.) Day or night shift options available.
• Rota issued in advance

Entry Requirements for Senior Healthcare Assistant:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a professional care setting, preferably with adults/children requiring complex care (Tracheostomy and Ventilation experience preferred).
• Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
• Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
• Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
