We currently employ a team of more than 500 carers and nurses and pride ourselves on the quality of the care that our team  provides to our clients.

A stringent recruitment process

At Superior Healthcare we understand that we are only as good as the people we employ. This is why we adopt the highest possible standards and apply the most stringent recruitment procedures.

We take the following steps to ensure we are employing the best staff in your area:

  • Rigorous interview process including telephone screening and face to face interviews with our Recruitment Consultants.
  • Registration Assessment Questionnaire.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Full reference history.
  • Full training delivered by Superior Healthcare’s in house training team, to match the Care Certificate.

All people who join us complete a classroom based induction which has been developed in line with the Care Certificate: an agreed set of standards defined by Skills for Care, Health Education England and Skills for Health.

In addition to our core induction, we provide extra role-specific and professional development training which includes:

  • Medication administration
  • Enteral feeding
  • Epilepsy awareness including administration of rescue medications
  • Tracheostomy and airway management

All training is delivered by our in-house team of qualified trainers as well as clinical specialists.
