All our team members undergo comprehensive training.
However, we are committed to providing continuous specialist training to help you access new career opportunities.
As you gain confidence in your clinical skills, this training will open doors for you to advance into a more senior role, if want to.
We offer diploma qualifications for our care, nursing, and office teams, ranging from Level 3 up to Level 6 (which is equivalent to a degree).
Typically, team members pursue Level 3 to Level 5 qualifications to unlock new opportunities within the our organisation.
All diploma qualifications are fully funded by Superior Healthcare.
