At Superior Healthcare, we are currently seeking a team of Support Workers, to work with our complex care client living in their own home, in Shoeburyness.
Our client is a 62-year-old female, who has suffered a spinal cord injury resulting in paralysis. The client also has a fitted tracheostomy and invasive ventilation. She is passionate about gardening, enjoys going out into the community and appreciates meaningful conversations.
Your role as a Support Worker would include, but not be limited to, assisting with the client’s day or nighttime routine, supporting with any clinical intervention required throughout the shift, providing personal care, administering medication, and regularly accessing the community during a day shift.
