Description

Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding career with excellent training and opportunities for development? Join our team as a Nurse Manager, where you’ll oversee the high-quality care for clients with complex needs in Sussex.

Who Are We?

Superior Healthcare was established in response to our founders’ personal experience of caring for a family member who has an acquired brain injury.

Today, we work as a specialist complex care at home provider, with a full nurse-led service. We care for children, young people, and adults living with long-term health conditions. For us, it’s personal.

We’re expanding our Sussex Nurse Manager team and are recruiting four Nurse Managers to meet the growing demand for our nurse-led services.

The Role:

As a Nurse Manager, you oversee a small caseload of complex care clients. Our Nurse Managers work holistically with clinical excellence, focusing on building strong relationships with clients, families, and their care teams.

Your responsibilities will include managing their care plans, supporting the induction of new team members, and providing clinical care—such as tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal and ABI support and gastronomy management—flexibly when needed.

The overall goal of a Nurse Manager is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained, enthusiastic team of support workers and registered nurses who echo our values of a passion for quality, one family, and inspiring leadership.
