The Role:

We are urgently seeking Carers, Support Workers, and Children’s Care Assistants in Whitstable. Rotated and flexible opportunities are available to suit your schedule and preferred working hours, with both day and night shifts available.

As a Children’s Care Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to children and their families, working closely with one or a small number of clients in your local area.

Key Details:

  • Shifts: 8-12 hours at night, caring for one paediatric client per shift.
  • Schedule: Fixed rota with overtime options

Essential Experience:

All our team members receive a fully paid, comprehensive, week-long, classroom-based training program with practical workshops before being introduced to our clients.

This training covers all aspects of the Care Certificate and delves into skills needed to support complex clients, such as tracheostomy management and gastrostomy. Additionally, individual, client-focused training continues following the initial classroom induction.
