We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse in Brighton to join our team on a flexible basis, providing care to children and young adults with complex needs.

The Role:

Superior Healthcare offers the chance to work in a supportive, dynamic environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring specialist care.

As a complex care nurse, you will deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.

You will support children and young adults with a variety of complex needs, which may include chronic illnesses, disabilities, or brain and spinal injuries. Care may involve the use of Bipap/Cpap, PEG feeding, and medication administration.

Our approach prioritises enhancing quality of life, promoting independence where possible, and ensuring well-being in a nurturing environment. We collaborate closely with families and healthcare teams to develop tailored care plans that address the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each individual.

Shift pattern available: Twilight shifts, Days and Nights.

This is because we offer a manageable workload and improved work-life balance, allowing you to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while supporting one client per shift.
