As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll benefit from a guaranteed hours contract, paying an enhanced salary of £30,674 to £36.808, paid mileage, and eventually a company car!
Your role is essential in ensuring the seamless care we provide to our clients across Sussex. As a valued member of our team, you’ll step in to support where needed—whether covering for staff absences due to sickness or holidays or working flexibly to assist our long-term clients with a variety of medical needs.
This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Care Assistant with expertise in complex care. What makes this position truly special is its variety—no two days are ever the same, keeping you engaged, challenged, and far from stuck in a routine.
