Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants and Support Workers in Haywards Heath to join a dedicated team supporting a young male client with complex care needs in their family home.
As a Care Assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients. Plus, benefit from a fixed rota and the option of overtime.

Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us, paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.
If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your skills.
