Training

Superior Healthcare provides extensive training programmes to all its care and nursing teams. This includes the Care Certificate training, Practical Skills Training, ranging from Moving and Positioning and Basic Life Support to Advance Medication Workshop, Positive Behaviour Training as well as the Prevention and Management of Aggression and Violence, Specialist Clinical Skills Training and a range of other bespoke and client specific training sessions.

Our training is delivered in house by our experienced healthcare and clinical Learning and Development training professionals to ensure all staff are equipped to provide excellence in care.

We also offer CPD accredited revalidation courses for all nurses who are looking to improve their clinical skills in caring for clients with complex conditions.
