Our in-house clinical educators design comprehensive complex care and health and social care training to enhance the clinical skills of registered nurses, ensuring alignment with current best practices. Each course provides CPD hours that contribute to nurse revalidation requirements.

In addition to training, our clinical educators offer clinical supervision sessions for registered nurses. This structured support includes formal reflection and learning, promoting continuous professional development.

Given the demanding nature of nursing, clinical supervision offers invaluable support. Through discussions, real-life experience sharing, and best practice approaches in small-group settings, nurses can reflect on their practice and exchange experiences confidentially with other nursing professionals.

Where do our CPD courses for nurses take place?

Training sessions are held in Kent, Essex, Hampshire, West Sussex and East Sussex. Each location accommodates a maximum of 13 delegates, ensuring a personalised, hands-on learning experience.

We also offer on-site training at healthcare providers’ premises. Our experience includes delivering CPD-accredited training and clinical supervision support to larger groups in private hospitals, hospices, and care settings.

Our Clinical Educators regularly travel to workplaces to provide comprehensive training to registered nurses.

Superior Healthcare was founded in 2006 after our CEO’s own experience of locating a care package to support his brother, who sustained a traumatic brain injury at age 11.
