Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker in Hartfield!
We are currently recruiting a Support Worker with experience in complex care, to assist our young client to attend their school located in Hartfield.
We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you’re equipped to meet our client’s needs confidently.
Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will offer continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role.
The client:
Your responsibilities will include supporting our 4-year-old client with any clinical intervention required throughout the day, this includes tracheostomy care, assisting with their ventilation, setting up PEG feeds and administering their medication.
The ideal candidate has previous experience of working with children and is comfortable supporting young clients in a education setting.
Please note that tracheostomy experience is a must for this role.
Shift Pattern:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel.
