We’re trusted by Case Managers and Advocates to provide tailored care packages for people who have complex health conditions to live safely at home.

Why Case Managers trust us

Superior Healthcare is trusted by Case Managers and Advocates to provide packages of care and support for children, young people and adults who have complex health needs.

We are regulated and rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission and all of our care packages are supervised by our team of lead nurses.

Quality assured

When you choose Superior Healthcare, you can be assured that the people that you represent will receive a high quality, robust service which is centred around their individual needs and circumstances:

  • We will allocate a Lead Nurse who will oversee each care package. Our Lead Nurse Team includes Registered Nurses and Children’s Nurses.
  • Before providing a care package, we will agree the plan for the support that we will provide including defining the goals and outcomes for the service – which we will use to review and measure the performance of our service. Reviews are ongoing but formal reviews will be completed at least quarterly.
  • As well as introducing experienced support workers and/or nurses from our established team, we will recruit and train people to care for individuals’ specific needs.
  • Superior Healthcare employs a range of contingency arrangements to ensure that care packages are filled – without fail.

Our team

Superior Healthcare employs a team of trained carers, support workers and nurses including children’s nurses who are recruited to meet our clients’ individual needs.  We complete stringent pre-employment checks as well as providing comprehensive induction and ongoing training:
