Our approach to complex care
Superior Healthcare was established in 2006 by Stewart Thorp, his father Charles, and Sarah Richards in response to their experience of finding care for Stewart’s brother, Alex.
Alex sustained a traumatic brain injury at 11 years old, as a result of a major road traffic accident.
Our Locations
We have been providing complex care services across the South of England for over 20 years.
We believe that it’s vital to have local expertise in real, in-person office locations; both for the culture of working at Superior Healthcare, and the quality of care that this leads to delivering.
Visit these pages to learn more about county-specific care and the benefits this offers.
What makes us different
Our approach is rooted in resolving the challenges faced during Alex’s rehabilitation, which highlighted the need for a specialist local care provider capable of seamlessly fitting into family life while providing comprehensive clinical support.
We are used to working with families, like Alex’s, who have had to make significant adjustments to their home and lifestyle following a life-changing incident or diagnosis.
That’s why, at Superior Healthcare, we provide extensive support to our care and nursing team, including client-specific training from our in-house clinical educators, to ensure our clients and their care teams are set up for success.
We handpick experienced healthcare professionals who can assist our clients in getting the most out of life and continuing to do the things they enjoy.
