What makes us different

When commissioning Superior Healthcare to provide your care, we will appoint a Lead Nurse with the skills and experience to oversee your care package.  They will work closely with you to develop a detailed understanding of your needs and craft a support plan which reflects your wishes for the service that Superior Healthcare’s team will provide.

Critically, we will agree the goals for your service and are proud to have supported clients to achieve their aspirations. In some cases that means supporting clients’ recovery from illness and injuries – as well as providing dignity for people who are approaching the end of their life.

• Superior Healthcare is regulated and rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission.
• Each of our care packages is managed by a Lead Nurse.
• We will work with you to craft a support plan to help you to achieve your personal goals.
• You will be supported by a team which has been equipped with the training and skills to provide care which is safe, effective, caring and responsive.

Our promise to you

When you choose Superior Healthcare to support you or a loved one, we will work with you to create a care package that is centred around your individual needs and circumstances:

• We will allocate a Lead Nurse who will oversee your care package. Our Lead Nurse Team includes Registered Nurses and Children’s Nurses.
• Before providing your care package, we will agree the plan for the support that we will provide including defining your goals and outcomes for the service – which we will use to review and measure the performance of our service. Reviews are ongoing but formal reviews will be completed at least quarterly.
• As well as introducing experienced support workers and/or nurses from our established team to you, we will recruit and train people to care for your individual needs.
• Superior Healthcare can train your team in specific areas including medication administration, continence care including catheterisation and bladder washouts, gastrostomy feeds, tracheostomy and airway management, suction and cough assist and seizure management including the administration of rescue medications, as required.
