Young people

Supporting young people who have complex health needs to achieve their goals and aspirations and to become independent.

Since 2006 Superior Healthcare has supported young people who have complex health needs to live safely at home, as well as to access education, their local community and opportunities further afield, with the support of a trained team of carers and nurses.

In fact, Superior Healthcare originates from our CEO’s personal experience of the challenges that he and his family faced when locating a care package to support his sister throughout her teenage years and in to adulthood. For us, it’s personal.

We provide care packages for young people living independently and in their family homes throughout Kent as well in London and the Home Counties – Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey and Sussex.

Whether you are looking for twenty four hour care provided by a team of Support Workers or Registered Nurses, or a smaller care package to support you at school or university, Superior Healthcare can help.

What makes us different

  • Each of our care packages is managed by a Lead Nurse.
  • We will work with you to craft a support plan to help you to achieve your personal goals.
  • You will be supported by a team which has been equipped with the training and skills to provide care which is safe, effective, caring and responsive.
