The Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll have the chance to work in over 100 care settings, including nursing and residential homes, supported living, and learning disability placements. It’s flexible work, so you can pick and choose what suits you.

Responsibilities
Requirements
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, shopping, activities, while promoting independence.
  • To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Follow care plans and risk assessments to meet the needs of clients.
  • Minimum 6 months UK based recent care experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in to communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
  • Full UK driving licence with access own vehicle.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
