Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in a young adult’s life?

We are seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse in Deal to provide dedicated, one-on-one care during day and nights. We have a vacancy for a part time nurse working 1-2 shifts per week. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for a adult requiring specialised medical support.

Shifts Available:

Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 20:00

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a complex client.
  • Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery
  • Provide 1-2-1 support to a adult with Complex Care needs
  • Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals
  • Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
  • Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
  • Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
  • Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
