From their personal experience, Charles and Stewart identified the importance of a specialized care service that would bridge the gap between independent care providers and national organizations.

Superior Healthcare was founded to provide specialized services for people who have complex and long-term health needs as well as a comprehensive healthcare agency providing staffing solutions employing Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses across Kent and Sussex

We provide a variety of shifts for experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers in Hastings and surrounding areas, with flexible options such as early, late, long day, and night shifts throughout the week. You’ll have the chance to work in over 100 care settings, including nursing and residential homes, supported living, and learning disability placements.

Requirements
  • •Provide personal care
  • •Move and position clients
  • •Assist with daily tasks, including feeding, dressing, and engaging in fun activities
  • •Represent Superior Healthcare’s values of ‘Passion for Quality’, ‘One Family’, and ‘Inspiring Leadership’
  • •At least 6 months’ UK-based care experience
  • •Ability to commit to a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per week
  • •Right to work in the UK
  • •Experience working in nursing homes, care homes, or supported living houses
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
