Children’s Nurse Opportunity in Margate
Join our dedicated team providing compassionate, one-to-one care for a child with complex health needs in their home.
We are seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse in Margate to provide dedicated, one-on-one care Term Time during school days. We have a vacancy for a part time nurse working 2-3 shifts per week. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for a child requiring specialised medical support.

Paediatric Nurse – Complex Care
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to support a child with complex medical needs in a home or community setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Hickman line care – aseptic technique for flushing, dressing changes, and infection monitoring
PEG and gastrostomy feeding – administering feeds and medications, maintaining site hygiene
Medication administration – accurate delivery via enteral route, monitoring effects
TPN management – connecting/disconnecting infusions using sterile technique, monitoring for complications
Ileostomy care – stoma site management, monitoring output and hydration
You will work closely with the child’s family and the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centred care while supporting emotional well-being and development.
Essential: NMC registration, knowledge of infection control, experience with enteral feeding, central lines, or TPN and experience in paediatric or complex care.
