Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our Complex Care team in West Kent.
We deliver high-quality, round-the-clock care to children, young people, and adults living with long-term, complex health conditions. Our mission is simple:

As a Care Assistant, you’ll work with one client per shift, building strong and meaningful relationships while providing essential, person-centered care.
Your duties may include:
Tracheostomy care
PEG feeding
Ventilator support
Personal care and daily living assistance
You’ll enjoy a fixed rota for consistency and the option to pick up additional shifts for extra hours.
