Join Our Team as a Complex Care Assistant in Hartfield!

We are currently recruiting a Care Assistant with experience in complex care, to assist our young client located in Hartfield.

Your responsibilities will include supporting our 4-year-old client with any clinical intervention required throughout the day, this includes tracheostomy care, assisting with their ventilation, setting up PEG feeds and administering their medication.

Tracheostomy experience is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate has previous experience of working with children or is comfortable supporting young clients.

We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you’re equipped to meet our client’s needs confidently.

Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will offer continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role.

Shift Pattern: 

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week. 

  • Type: Days
  • Hours: Monday & Wednesday 08:30 – 15:30
  • Type: Waking Night
  • Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 19:00 – 07:00

Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
