As a Senior Complex Care Assistant you’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.
Location: Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and surrounding areas
Shift Pattern: typically 8 – 12 hour Day shifts or Wake Night shifts
Client Focus: One client per shift
Rota: Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off
All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care — preparing you confidently for your first shift.
