Breaking Ground

We’re delighted to announce the acquisition of the former Preston Garden Centre and Coppers Bistro site, marking the start of an ambitious development that will bring two major projects to life: the creation a new Community Hub and a collection of purpose-built homes.

The project will regenerate and enhance the site which is located between Sandwich and Canterbury near the village of Wingham, to provide an inclusive destination that will offer a social meeting space for people living with disabilities, their carers and families, and the wider community. Read more here.
