Chalkway
We are running care at this bespoke, specially constructed home in Dover.

Jake's Story
Jake contracted pneumococcal meningitis at 6 weeks old, leading to a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. While he understands everything cognitively, he requires full support with mobility, feeding, and daily activities.
His family wanted to ensure he could live a fulfilling, happy life with the right care in place, while also giving them the freedom to live as a family.
