Superior Healthcare’s ‘Inspirational Women’ on International Women’s Day

As people rightfully point out, International Women’s Day (IWD) should be about more than just signalling – which is why equal pay, promotion, sponsorship, funded Learning & Development, wellbeing, women’s health & menopause events, are all part of the working culture at Superior Healthcare.

This IWD, we also offered our team members the chance to nominate inspirational women for extra recognition, and the three ‘winners’ were:

Rebecca Duran – Becky received 7 nominations which was a testament to how valued she is within the business. The majority mention her positivity, her caring and kind nature, and her incredible work ethic and commitment to Superior.

Chelsea K – Chelsea again received 7 nominations from her care team. They praised her exceptional bravery and courage, and despite experiencing significant challenges she continues to display the most wicked sense of humour and remains resilient and determined – what an inspiration she is.

Wendy B – Wendy is a loyal and committed member of the Complex team in Essex, working with us since 2022. She was nominated with praise for her kind and caring nature, and both the nominating colleague and her whole coordination team mention that Wendy is always willing to fill in and help out when needed.
