Types of Work You Can Do With Superior

  • Support for children, young people, and adults with long-term health conditions.

  • Complex care in client’s homes or specially designed houses.

  • Day shifts, night shifts, weekends. You choose what works best for you.

  • Work with one or a few clients long-term: build relationships.

  • Roles include: Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Complex Care Assistant, Registered Nurse, Field Care Supervisor and more.

Pay & Salary: What You Can Expect

Here are some typical rates (these can vary by role, client needs, and region):

Support Worker~ £14.30 ‐ £17.60 / hour

Healthcare Assistant~ £14.00 ‐ £16.00 / hour

Senior / Children’s or Specialist Roles~ £16.45 ‐ £18.80 / hour

(Plus extra for bank holidays, overtime, night shifts in some cases)

We also offer annual salary roles in some positions, such as Rapid Response Support Worker: £30,674 – £36,808 per year for full-time equivalent roles.

Free, CPD-Accredited Training

We believe that your skill and confidence should grow with you — and we pay for it, train you, support you.

  • Full, paid induction when you join. Classroom learning + shadowing “on the job”.

  • Paid ongoing training / refresher training. If a client has special or clinical needs (nutritional, feeding tubes, moving & handling, etc.), we give you the specialist training, paid.

  • CPD-accredited courses in things like medication administration, spinal & brain injury awareness, basic life support, safer people handling, etc.

  • Chances to work toward NVQ/Diploma qualifications (Level 2 to Level 5).

  • Supervision and support from experienced staff: in-house nurses, supervisors. Someone to ask. Someone to help. Always.
