A community hub

The former Coppers Bistro will be transformed into an accessible Community Hub for residents, families, carers and the wider community.

Extended gardens and sensory spaces will offer more opportunities to connect, take part in activities and enjoy time outside.

Purpose-built homes

Working with specialist architects, we are planning high-quality homes for people living with lifelong disabilities or life-changing injuries.

The development will include permanent homes and respite accommodation, supported by Superior Healthcare’s experienced nurses and support workers.

Supporting greater independence

Preston Gardens is being designed to help people live with greater independence while staying connected to their community. It will offer a supportive alternative for people whose needs cannot be met through traditional housing or residential care.
