Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Worker in Amesbury, Wiltshire to provide exceptional care for our complex care client who lives in their own home.
Our client
Our client needs support with Brain Injury, Peg, Epilepsy and medication.
Your role as a Support Worker would include, but not be limited to, assisting with the client’s day or nighttime routine, supporting with any clinical intervention required throughout the shift, providing personal care, administering medication, and regularly accessing the community during a day shift.
