Specialist training courses

Superior Healthcare proudly offers extensive Health and Social Care training programmes tailored for registered nurses, field care supervisors, senior carers, healthcare assistants, and support workers.

Our qualified and experienced educators cover a wide range of skills. Our training ensures that external professionals, healthcare services and our care and nursing teams can confidently and competently provide person-centred care.

We equip care professionals with the knowledge, skill and confidence to provide high-quality care in line with best practice standards.

Health & Social Care training

Superior Healthcare’s comprehensive health & social care syllabus is crafted by experienced in-house educators and on request, we can also provide client-specific training.

Our programme aligns with key standards, including The Care Certificate standard and the National Occupational Standards for Health and Social Care.

It also meets the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and the European Resuscitation Council standards. Importantly, all our health and social care programmes are CPD-accredited.

All of our training sessions are face-to-face. Classroom-based training allows for a more impactful understanding of a person-centred approach. We strongly advocate for in-person health and social care training for a richer and more practical learning experience.

Each health and social care course includes a scenario-based practical component and a competency assessment. Our approach ensures that care and nursing teams can confidently apply the knowledge and techniques they learn, enabling them to provide high-quality care.

Client-specific training

Recognising the importance of person-centred care, we offer client-specific complex care training upon request.

We understand the diverse needs of individuals living with complex conditions such as, but not limited to, Acquired Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Huntington’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Neuromuscular Conditions, Parkinson’s Disease, Spinal Injuries, and Stroke.

Our clinical educators collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design tailored training for care services across the UK, equipping providers with the skills necessary to deliver clinically excellent, compassionate, and person-centred care.
