Types of Work You Can Do With Superior

Support for children, young people, and adults with long-term health conditions.

Complex care in client’s homes or specially designed houses.

Day shifts, night shifts, weekends. You choose what works best for you.

Work with one or a few clients long-term: build relationships.

Roles include: Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Complex Care Assistant, Registered Nurse, Field Care Supervisor and more.
Free, CPD-Accredited Training
We believe that your skill and confidence should grow with you — and we pay for it, train you, support you.

Full, paid induction when you join. Classroom learning + shadowing “on the job”.

Paid ongoing training / refresher training. If a client has special or clinical needs (nutritional, feeding tubes, moving & handling, etc.), we give you the specialist training, paid.

CPD-accredited courses in things like medication administration, spinal & brain injury awareness, basic life support, safer people handling, etc.

Chances to work toward NVQ/Diploma qualifications (Level 2 to Level 5).
