Complex Care Support Worker
£14.00 – £17.00 per hour
Join our team in Elham as a Complex Care Support Worker / Care Assistant, providing dedicated one-to-one support to a young adult with complex care needs.

About the Role
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers / Care Assistants to join a well-established care package supporting an engaging and sociable young man.
This rewarding opportunity will see you providing person-centred, one-to-one care within the client’s stunning family home, and out in the wider community, helping him to live an active and fulfilling life. Our client has a great sense of humour and enjoys Formula 1, football, music, and social interaction. He also loves to stay active and take part in exciting and thrilling activities, making this a varied and rewarding package where no two days are the same.
About the Client
Our client has cerebral palsy affecting all four limbs and communicates non-verbally using eye gaze technology. He has epilepsy, experiencing infrequent seizures, is PEG fed, and requires medication administration.
Despite his complex needs, he leads a full and active lifestyle and enjoys getting out into the community, meeting people, and participating in engaging and adventurous activities. He is looking for carers who are enthusiastic, positive, and keen to support him in making the most of every opportunity.
This care is delivered within a fully adapted family home, equipped with specialist facilities including:
- Ceiling hoists
- Adapted bathroom facilities
- Swimming pool
- Dedicated carers’ room with en-suite facilities for administration and breaks

Elham, Kent
Shift Pattern
- Regular day and night shifts
- 08:00 – 20:00 or 20:00 – 08:00
- Consistent hours available

SHCMMO
- Providing personal care, PEG feeding, medication administration
