Superior Healthcare is recruiting a dedicated Care Assistant in Dover, paying £14.00 – £17.00 per hour, to join our growing team.
You’ll support a person with additional health and care needs in their own home, combining practical support with trained clinical care.
Job description
As a Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare you’ll provide dedicated support around an individual care plan. We know care is about much more than completing clinical tasks, so you’ll also get to know the person you support, understand their routines and preferences and help them maintain as much independence, choice and normality as possible.
You’ll complete our training programme before joining us, and you’ll also have access to ongoing clinical guidance when needed, so you’re not expected to manage specialist care without the right preparation.
This role can provide a strong pathway for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers looking to build a long-term career in care.
