Join Superior Healthcare as a Complex Care Assistant in Crawley, supporting children, young people, and adults with complex health conditions to live independently and safely in their own homes across Crawley and West Sussex.

No degree required – we provide full paid training, including NVQ/Diploma opportunities and ongoing clinical development.

What You’ll Be Doing

🏥 Clinical Care

  • Seizure management
  • PEG feeding
  • Ventilation support
  • Medication administration
  • Moving and handling
  • Personal care

🏡 Daily Living Support

  • Supporting communication needs
  • Assisting with daily routines, meals, and hydration
  • Encouraging social engagement, hobbies, and activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Using positive behaviour strategies where needed

Flexible Shift Patterns ⏰

Day Shifts

8:00am – 8:00pm
Supporting daily routines, care plans, and activities.

Waking Night Shifts

8:00pm – 8:00am
Overnight monitoring, medication, and responsive care.
Higher night rates available.

Flexibility to Suit You

  • Full-time: 3–5 shifts per week
  • Part-time: minimum 2 shifts per week
  • Flexible working patterns
  • Additional ad-hoc shifts available across Crawley and surrounding areas

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous care experience (including personal care)
  • Commitment to at least 2 shifts per week
  • UK-based applicants only (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
