Superior Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant in Ramsgate, paying £17.30 – £20.77 per hour, to provide specialist one-to-one care.

Job description
As a Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare, you’ll provide dedicated support around an individual care plan. Our client requires someone with Tracheostomy experience, although additional training will be provided.
Care is about much more than completing clinical tasks. You’ll get to know the person you support, understand their routines and preferences and help them maintain as much independence, choice and normality as possible
You’ll attend our training programme to ensure you have all the skills you need for the role. You’ll also have access to ongoing clinical guidance and support when needed, so you’re not expected to manage specialist care without the right preparation.
This role can provide a strong pathway for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers looking to build a long-term career in care.
Shifts
Day and night shifts available. You must be able to commit to two 12-hour shifts per week.

- Deliver complex clinical care, including tracheostomy care and airway management
- Follow the individual care plan and agreed clinical guidance
