Description

Healthcare Support Worker – Complex Paediatric Care

Employer: Superior Healthcare
Location: Bromley

About the Role

Superior Healthcare is recruiting experienced Healthcare Support Workers to support a 1‑year‑old female with complex care needs overnight in her family home.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist paediatric care, ensuring the client remains safe, comfortable, and well supported throughout the night, while promoting a calm and nurturing environment.

She is a happy baby who loves sensory toys, music, and lights. At times, she may need reassurance and a cuddle to help her settle back to sleep. Carers should be confident in providing gentle, responsive support and encouraging development through play and sensory interaction where appropriate.

Our community team provides round-the-clock care packages, enabling clients with long-term conditions to live safely in their own homes.
