Superior Healthcare is seeking experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants to join our team and provide exceptional care for a 29-year-old male client living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting someone to live a fulfilled and independent life while managing their complex health needs.

Client Profile

• Age: 29
• Condition: Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
• Clinical Needs:
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilation management
  • PEG/J enteral feeding
  • Bowel management
  • Bipap
  • Medication administration
  • Oral suctioning
• Interests: Lego, Formula 1, nature walks, cinema, coffee shops, and TV series (currently watching Breaking Bad).
• Home Environment: No pets at the property.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in complex care is essential.
• Driving: Must hold a full, clean driving licence.
• Checks: Enhanced child & adult DBS and three years of referencing required.
• Personal Fit: Candidates who share similar interests or are willing to engage with the client’s hobbies are highly desirable.
