Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Complex Care Support Worker to support a young lady living independently in Sevenoaks as part of a Registered Nurse-led complex care package. The client has cerebral palsy, learning disabilities with limited communication. The role involves providing specialist care, including tracheostomy care, oral suctioning, BiPAP and Nippy 4 ventilator support, Cough Assist and PEG. Previous complex care experience is desirable, with full training and ongoing clinical support provided.
The ideal Support Worker will be compassionate, attentive, and person-centred, with a warm and positive approach to care.
Shifts
Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm.
