Are you a skilled Rapid Response Support worker or Complex Care Support Worker with experience in complex care based in Sussex? Superior Healthcare has the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Rapid Response Support Worker within Superior Healthcare’s Complex Care Team, you will provide support to clients in their own homes, stepping in when their regular care team is unavailable across the Sussex region.
Rapid Response Support Workers work with clients who have a variety of life-limiting conditions, including those present from birth, degenerative conditions, spinal and brain injuries, and those requiring interventions such as Ventilation, PEG, Tracheostomy care and Epilepsy.
We’ll set you up for success with specialist paid training delivered by our expert clinical educators. Your journey starts with a comprehensive paid five-day induction, equipping you with everything you need to thrive with Superior Healthcare. You also have support from our Nurse Managers.
This role would involve covering clients across the Sussex region with a choice of a day or night rota.
