Location: East Kent- Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury, and the surrounding areas.
Salary: £17.25 – £19.55 per hour
Shift pattern: Nights

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Female Senior Care Assistant in East Kent, paying £17.25 – £19.55 per hour, to provide high-quality one-to-one care while helping maintain consistent standards across our care packages. This role combines hands-on, person-centred care with the added responsibility expected from an experienced member of the care team.
Job description
As a Senior Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare, you’ll remain closely involved in delivering care while acting as a positive example for other team members.
You’ll understand the individual care plans, routines and clinical guidance in detail and help support consistency across our packages. This is a mobile role, requiring travel between Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury, and surrounding areas, providing essential overnight support where it is needed most.
Working independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care is delivered to every client.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous hands-on experience with PEG feeding and gastrostomy care, tracheostomy care and management, and ventilation support.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the travel requirements of this position.
Shifts
Typically 10-12 hour waking or sleeping night shifts with optional overtime opportunities.
