Night Senior for our Complex Care Department

We provide paid, specialist training to equip you with the necessary skills to confidently meet the varied needs of our clients, facilitating both personal and professional growth.

Shift Pattern:

  • Permanent Contract with a minimum of 35 hours per week
  • Rolling Rota (i.e. 3 on/3 off or 4 on/ 4 off etc.)
  • Rota issued in advance
  • This is a Night Senior role only

Responsibilities
Requirements
  • To provide a high standard of care to our clients each with differing healthcare requirements.
  • To provide care interventions: personal care, medication administration, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, stoma care, and ventilator support.
  • To support new members of staff with shadow shifts and induction
  • Experience with tracheostomy, PEG and ventilation care.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • 12 months UK care experience and full right to work.
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.
