Description

Support Worker – Canterbury

Location: Canterbury
Salary: £14.00 – £17.00 per hour
Shift pattern: Day and night shifts available

Looking for a role where getting to know someone is just as important as completing the tasks on their care plan? Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Support Worker in Canterbury, paying £14.00 – £17.00 per hour, to provide respectful, person-centred support.

As a Support Worker, you’ll help someone live with greater choice, independence and confidence, providing consistent support shaped around their individual needs and everyday life. Every support package is different. Your role may involve practical support, personal care, companionship, accessing the community, supporting routines or helping someone work towards individual goals.

You’ll follow an individual care plan and work closely with colleagues, families and professionals where appropriate. You’ll receive an induction and any role-specific training needed, with ongoing guidance available from Superior Healthcare’s wider care and clinical teams.

For someone who wants to develop, the role can also provide a pathway into more specialist support and complex care.

Any specialist training required for the individual support package will be provided where appropriate.
