Care Assistant

We are urgently seeking care assistants, healthcare assistants, and support workers to cover regular day shifts to support a client in Charing, just outside of Ashford.

Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people who have long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Join us in providing care for a client who values laughter, therefore a good sense of humour is essential to connect with them on their favourite topics. They love talking about cars, and most importantly of all, you must be a lover of large dogs!

As a Community Healthcare Assistant, will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients and will benefit from a fixed rota as well as the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for carers, support workers and healthcare assistants who are keen to work full-time hours however part-time roles are offered.

• Day Shifts 

Superior Healthcare will provide full, classroom-based training when you join us as well as paid/supported induction shifts and ongoing supervision provided by our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.

If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you, as a community care assistant, can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills. Requirements for Care Assistants: 

• Previous care experience involving personal care.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• A minimum commitment of 2x shifts a week.
