With over 100 care settings, including nursing and residential care homes, supported living houses, and learning disability placements in Gillingham and the surrounding areas, we offer a diverse and rewarding work experience.

Key Responsibilities: As a Health Care Assistant or Support Worker with Superior Healthcare, you will:

• Provide exceptional personal care and support to clients
• Adhere to care plans and risk assessments to meet clients’ unique needs
• Assist in the administration of medication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Establish effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 6 months of paid experience as a carer or support worker in the UK
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours of work per week
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• NVQ3 in Health and Social Care
• Experience in providing medications.

Preferred Qualifications (but not essential):

• Previous experience in care homes with older individuals
• Previous experience working with persons with dementia
