The Role

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Nurse Manager for our Complex Care Division in Kent. Operating specialist services delivering over 650,000 hours of care annually, the Nurse Manager will work alongside a team of professionals. Responsible for their own client caseload, they will collaborate with clients, families, and professional teams to develop, implement, and manage care packages, enhancing clients’ independence and well-being.

About You

  • Proven background in Community and Complex Care Nursing
  • Clean NMC registration as an Adult Nurse (RNA/RGN)
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to provide out-of-hours, home-based support to the care team
  • Keen to work both clinically and in a managerial capacity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop person-centered care plans and guidance
  • Conduct staff supervisions, audits, and case management duties
  • Be part of the 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts when required

Details

  • Starting salary: £45,000, increasing to £47,500 post-successful probation

  • 37.5 hours per week; some evening/night and weekend working required and overtime in line with business requirements.
