Paediatric Complex Care Nurse

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Paediatric Nurse to join our rapidly expanding nursing team in the Eastry area. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome an experienced professional who is committed to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client.
• Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
• Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Cerebral palsy, Epileptic encephalopathy, and Dystonia.
• Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
• Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.

Shifts:

• Night Shifts: 20:00 – 7:00

Clinical Needs:

• PEG & JEJ
• Oxygen Administration
• Seizure Management
• Ileostomy care
• Unstable airway and need for airway with deep suctioning

Requirements:

• Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
• Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
• Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
• Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
• Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
