Complex Care Nurse

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse to join our rapidly expanding nursing team in the Hildenborough area. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome an experienced professional who is committed to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client.
• Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
• Provide 1-2-1 support to an adult with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy
• Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
• Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.

Shifts:

• Week 1 – Monday, Thursday and Friday – 18:45 – 07:00
  Week 2 – Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday – 18:45 – 07:00

Clinical Needs:

• PEG Feeding
• Oxygen
• Suctioning
• Medication

Requirements:

• Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
• Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
• Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
• Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
• Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
